My approach
My approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies and relational approaches, depending on individual needs and experiences.
I recognise that emotional difficulties do not happen in isolation and are often shaped by relationships, life experiences, and the pressures we place upon ourselves.
Together we can explore patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

Getting started
Finding the right psychologist is an important decision.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory consultation, providing an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.
